Instead of jacked up or overly-enthusiastic instructors trying to convince me to do some outrageous moves, Shaun T keeps things simple and helps you to see the truth about being fit: you’re probably already doing so much of this in your life, natural things, but you’ve never thought about putting them all together into a sequence.
And at the end, you’ll get to CIZE IT UP to songs from Shaun’s playlist. You’ll be so focused on mastering the moves that for 35–40 minutes minutes you’ll forget you’re actually burning fat and calories, and getting in the best shape of your life.
On the other hand, common complaints cite failure to experience results (or that they take longer than advertised), and the need to focus as much (if not more so) on nutrition than fitness. This doesn’t mean you’ll experience the same with CIZE Dance Fitness; it’s just worth noting. On the other hand, if you’ve been working out and eating right for a while and just need to “cut,” then CIZE Dance’s high-impact routines might do the trick.

Hi! I’m a 14 year old girl and I’m almost done with the Insanity workout. I loved it. But I was wondering, is Cize a good follow up. However,
Cize is great for maintaining your shape, as well as loosing extra pounds when you finally catch the beat and go faster with the moves.
The first thing you need to focus on when doing Cize is mastering each move while Shaun T practices in slow motion. This is not that hard to begin with, but here is a tip that will make it far easier in case you struggle- always focus on the movement of the feet first. The guide titled Eat-UP! is the diet part of Cize. All Beachbody workouts come together with a nutrition blueprint, and while some are terribly confusing (like the one in
21 Day Fix), Cize is a straight up list of Dos and Don’ts along with ingredients and some recipes.
I woke up bright and early for my Cize debut! The first workout was all about mastering the 8 signature Cize dance moves. In doing so, my heart rate was above zone 3 for 84% of the workout, my heart rate peaked at 179 bpm, and I burned a total of 436 calories in 30 minutes.
It’s up to you how much you put into the moves.?This makes Cize suitable even for people with knee and joint problems who are seeking a very low-impact fitness program.?The program may not, however,?suit those looking for a workout that is intense from start to finish.
At the same time I purchased Cize, I also purchased Shaun T.’s “Rockin’ Body” (2 DVDs with 7 total workouts across both DVDs). I haven’t tried these yet, but plan on integrating these with Cize. So far I’ve been doing Cize for about 5 weeks and I’ve lost 7 pounds. I’m not really trying to lose weight, but I’ve lost a little and wanted to report it.
My wife have somehow convinced me to do Cize on my cardio days. Two left feet at the beginning, but now I’m catching the rhythm. Thanks for your advice in regards to intensity. See, Cize will do some things for you, but not others. When it comes to losing weight, yes, Cize works if you follow the schedule. I personally went down 12 pounds despite being thin to begin with. All in 4 weeks of having fun. The Cize workout, unlike other more intense workouts, has a flaw. Thank you for that Great! Informative and enlightening review. The reason for this, which you can see in the video, is the SPEED! The moves were not as technically difficult but in order to keep up and Cize it up at the end, you have to be moving at lightning speeds. I burned 458 calories in only 34 minutes and I was excited because I only burned 404 calories running outside for 30 minutes at a 10 minute mile pace.

Meri, this was an absolutely brilliant review, thank you and I plan on ordering Cize this week. I don’t need to loose any wt., but I do need to tone up, I made 69 this pass January and I think I’m in pretty good shape. You need to go into the business of Reviewing. Ok, now you’ve got a better idea of what’s included in the CIZE Dance program. And while it might seem interesting, is dancing even a good way to burn calories and lose weight?
The success stories from the beta test groups and our TEAM KINETIC accountability group for Cize are very impressive. Many on the Team are making it a family affair and getting their kids to join them in the living room. My goal here is demonstrate the effectiveness of the Cize workouts based on my personal experience with this Cize review.
Btw, how is Cize so far? You can probably perform each move way better than a week ago. As for memorizing them better, just let muscle memory kick in. Sometimes it might take longer, but don’t worry. In relation to other workouts by Shaun T (at least the ones I’ve seen- Insanity and Focus T25), CIZE takes even less space.
I’m looking for something I can do in the comfort of my own home that won’t leave me on the floor dying and trying to figure out why I decided to torture myself (P90X…yuck!). One of the many benefits to the CIZE program is that there is little to no equipment necessary to complete the workouts. The CIZE Deluxe DVD packages comes with a resistance band that you can use throughout your four week journey with the program.
I’m just going to talk about one of the videos because the format is the SAME in all of them. In You Got This you basically learn the dance moves at an incredibly slow pace for 40 minutes and then cize it up for the last 3 minutes. He breaks down a dance move, then adds a new move before starting the routine over again from the top. If you pick the moves up easily, this may get tedious for you because of the slow pacing.

We will find out with my complete Cize review. My goal is to take a close look at each of the Cize workouts and see for myself. Can this much fun be a real workout? Shaun T is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) genius and I am a huge fan of his workouts including Insanity, Insanity Asylum, FOCUS T25, and Insanity Max:30.
I’m a person who really has trouble building and maintaining muscle so I don’t want to go four to six weeks without strength training. Therefore, I created this Cize and 21 Day Fix Hybrid Calendar to get the best of both worlds. Upper Fix, Lower Fix and Dirty 30 – to the Cize beginner calendar. This equals a six week program full of fun dance cardio, AND weight training for those of us who want and/or need it.
CIZE has gained some notoriety since its release and it’s not surprising. Zumba has a huge following and CIZE is like the modern version of Zumba in a home workout program. If you are looking for a workout you can do at home, regardless of your fitness level, you will be enjoy CIZE.
Are there other ways to add strength to Cize? Yes, but these are two of my favorite programs, the Fix workouts are only 30 minutes and they just pair well together — kinda like chocolate and peanut butter! Love This. . CIZE is also doable for those with knee injuries that need low impact cardio activity. If you already have a fitness routine that is challenging and are looking for a program that will take you to that next level, CIZE may not be up your alley.
